----We are a professional safety shoes manufacturer. We also have more than 20 years' experience of exporting safety shoes to foreign market.
2. Can I ask one pair of samples before place order?
----Yes, we can send you one pair of samples for free for you to check the quality and fit, but you need to bear the courier cost by yourself, such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS etc.
3. Can you make our logo on the safety shoes for us?
----Yes, we can do OEM & ODM business. Please send us your logo design and artworks of package and then our designers will make it as your design.
4. What is your MOQ?
----The MOQ is 1000 pairs with mixed size. But we can support you to accept smaller trial order quantity, but the price will be a little higher than the MOQ order because our costs are higher for smaller orders. And of course, if your order quantity is much bigger than our MOQ, our price will be lower.
5. What is the delivery time?
----The delivery time for basic styles of safety shoes is 45 days after all artworks are confirmed and the delivery time for high-grade safety shoes is 60 days after all artworks are confirmed.
6. What are the available payment terms?
We can accept T/T, L/C at sight. If you have any other payment requirements, please leave message or contact our online salesman directly.
7. What is the quality guarantee time?
Our safety shoes are offered 6 months quality guarantee after shipping, WITHOUT PULLING OFF AND BREAKING FOR THE SOLE. If the safety shoes are broken within 6 months, please contact us, we will compensate you a new pair of safety shoes for free.
8. Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?
Yes, we have CE Certificate for our safety shoes. And we also have AS certificate for Australia, New Zealand, FIJI and PNG markets. And we also have ASTM test for America markets and we can also help you to get the CSA for Canada and Official Chilean standard certification.
